Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) charges S$30 to process an entry visa for a Pakistani passport, about Rs 6,483. The fee is the same for adults and children, is paid online by Visa or MasterCard, and is not refunded.
Pakistanis need the visa before they travel, because ICA does not accept visa applications at the immigration counters. You apply through a contact in Singapore, an ICA strategic partner, or the Singapore mission's authorised visa agent, and agents add a charge of their own. Enter that charge to see the full cost.

Three ways to apply from Pakistan
- A local contact in Singapore, such as a relative, friend or company with a Singpass or Corppass account, submits the application online through ICA's e-Service.
- An ICA strategic partner, such as a travel company, submits it online for you.
- The Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised visa agent accepts the application. Contact the mission for its procedure and the agent's charges.
ICA processes an application within three working days, not counting the day it is submitted, though some take longer. Apply within 30 days before you arrive.
Worked example
A couple and their child on holiday
They apply through an authorised visa agent who charges Rs 4,000 per person.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| ICA fee, 3 x S$30 | S$90 |
| Agent charge, 3 x Rs 4,000 | Rs 12,000 |
| Total | Rs 31,448 |

Questions people ask
What is the Singapore visit visa fee from Pakistan?
ICA charges a non-refundable processing fee of S$30 per application, about Rs 6,483. If you apply through a visa agent, the agent adds its own charge. The total for a family is the fee multiplied by the number of travellers plus the agent's charges.
Do children pay the Singapore visa fee?
Yes. Each traveller needs a separate visa application, and the S$30 processing fee is charged for each one, whatever the age.
How long does a Singapore visa take for Pakistanis?
ICA says an application is processed within three working days, not counting the submission day. Some applications take longer, so apply in good time but no earlier than 30 days before arrival.
Can I get a Singapore visa on arrival with a Pakistani passport?
No. Pakistani passport holders need a visa before travelling, and ICA does not accept visa applications at the immigration counters. Apply through a local contact, a strategic partner or the mission's authorised visa agent.
