Pakistani citizens pay no visa fee for a Chinese visa. Single, double and multiple entry visas are all Rs 0 under the fee schedule in force since 1 June 2024. What you do pay is the Chinese Visa Application Service Center's service fee: Rs 13,200 for regular service or Rs 19,800 for express at the Islamabad centre, and Rs 13,300 or Rs 19,900 in Lahore.
Every applicant pays the service fee, children included. Choose the centre, the service and the number of people to see the total in cash.
China visa fees at the visa centres
Per applicant, for a Pakistani passport:

Service fees include GST, are paid in cash and are not refunded. Express and urgent visa fees in the centre's table apply only to applicants who are not Pakistani citizens.
