On arrival or at the embassy
On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, fill in the online tourist visa form (on the Department of Immigration website or a kiosk at the airport), pay the fee at the bank counter and take the receipt to the immigration desk. Carry some cash.
At the Embassy of Nepal in Islamabad, apply in person Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The embassy usually replies within 4 working days, and its tourist visas are multiple entry.
