How the Navy counts age
Age is counted on the date printed in the advert for the term, not on the day you register or sit the test. For Term 2027-A that date is 15 May 2027, the same date by which candidates on a hope certificate must finish F.Sc. The limit is read to the day: on 15 May 2027 a civilian may be 21 years and 0 days old, not a day more.
Each term has its own date. When the next PN Cadet advert is published, change the date in the calculator to the one printed in it. Use the date of birth on your matric certificate and CNIC or B-form.
Short Service Commission, Sailor, Marines and civilian posts have their own age limits in their own adverts; this calculator covers PN Cadet. Applying to more than one service? The PMA Long Course age calculator and the PAF age limit calculator check the Army and Air Force officer entries. A candidate twice rejected by ISSB is not eligible. This calculator is not affiliated with the Pakistan Navy.
